My Story
“Combining the meditative ritualistic practice of working with flowers and earth elements with my other self care practices, I experienced a sort of homecoming. A harmonious and authentic re-integration of all the pieces into PEACE.”
Growing up, I excelled as an athlete but simultaneously struggled with injuries and chronic pain. I became fascinated with the body's ability to perform as well as heal.
As a teen, I spent summers working at a botanical garden and greenhouses which nurtured an affinity in working with plants. Although I graduated college with a degree in art, my career focus turned to alternative health and wellness as I fulfilled a desire to help people achieve their wellness goals.
Over the years I balanced being a single mom while growing a private practice first as a massage therapist and then expanding my expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, RYT Yoga Instructor and MELT Method Practitioner.
In my late 40’s I unexpectedly found myself enmeshed in a toxic relationship. This experience was the catalyst to my own deeper self discovery and spiritual journey as I navigated healing PTSD, old narratives and childhood conditioning, becoming an empty nester, dealing with physical injuries and navigating menopause.

As part of my deeply healing personal journey, I began to reconnect with my creative side. I started working with flowers and natural elements as a meditative and therapeutic tool.
As I added the meditative ritualistic practice of working with flowers and other natural elements to my other self care practices, I started to experience a homecoming of sorts. A re-integration of my somatic, mental, emotional and creative parts.
My creative practices continued to evolve as I apprenticed at She Grows Flower Farms in Arvada, CO, trained at LA Flower School and most recently completed a certification as a Forest Therapy Guide.
Working as a freelance floral designer and creating flower mandalas and earth art has become a mindful therapeutic practice that I am delighted and called to share with others.
Today my work blends my extensive background in health and wellness with the therapeutic qualities of nature and botanical arts. An integrative path to well-being that honors the balance of body, mind, spirit and the natural world.

Pillars of My Work
Connection to Nature
Our disconnection from the natural world has contributed to a "nature deficit disorder," affecting our mental health and well-being. In response to these times, I aim to facilitate experiences that reestablish our vital connection to the natural world & our inner being.
Mindful Movement
Drawing from a lifelong love of athletics and extensive training in bodywork and somatics, I curate personalized movement programs that honor the body's wisdom. Through strength training, yoga, pilates, and more, I help clients move with intention and maintain physical vitality.
Creative Expression
My work fosters holistic revitalization through creative ritual practices, primarily working with flowers and earth elements. These impermanent earth art creations are a meditative therapeutic tool that allow clients to explore their creativity, process emotions, navigate life transitions, and connect more deeply with nature and self.
Ritual & Ceremony
By incorporating meaningful rituals into my work, I help clients honor life's transitions and challenges. By taking a ceremonial approach, we create intentional space for cultivating presence, reflection and a meaningful honoring of life’s inherent cycles.
